About Us

MISSION: We work to prevent substance misuse.


Safe and Sober is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Springfield, Missouri. Through engaging educational content, we encourage dialogue and preventative action between youth, educators, and parents.

Safe and Sober topics include underage drinking, impaired driving, illegal substances, prescription drug misuse, vaping, and more. We also address the root causes of unsafe choices, such as stress, depression, and anxiety.

OUR VISION: A world where people make thoughtful, intentional decisions about the health and wellness of themselves, their families, and their communities.
